The field app is never the lever.

Every capture feature is full-strength on every plan — no locked buttons, no crippled camera, no ‘upgrade to sync’. The only field number that changes between plans is how many techs you can put on the tools. Report craft is what moves you up, not your crew's kit.

Prices in AUD and exclude GST. Listed prices are per month, billed annually. Monthly billing will be available at a higher rate — final monthly pricing is published when self-serve sign-up opens. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card, and it never converts to a paid plan by itself. Fair-use allowances apply to storage, PDF rendering and AI. Cancel anytime: monthly plans run to the end of the cycle; annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused whole months, less any usage charges already incurred. See the Terms.

Q.01Can I sign up today?+
We're in private beta. Register your interest and we'll bring you in as we open spots — early-access crews start on these launch prices. Self-serve sign-up (with the free trial) is opening soon.
Q.02Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days, no card required, starting when self-serve sign-up opens. It doesn't auto-convert: you only start paying if you actively subscribe at the end.
Q.03Can I pay monthly?+
The listed prices are for annual billing. Monthly billing will be available at a higher rate when self-serve sign-up opens — final monthly pricing is published then.
Q.04Is field capture really identical on every plan?+
Yes. Every capture feature is full-strength on all three plans. The only field-side difference is seat count. We will never ship a tech a locked camera button.
Q.05What's the 'Produced with Snap Job Reports' line on Pro?+
A small footer credit on the report PDF. Pro reports carry your logo and colours with that one line; Signature removes it entirely.
Q.06What happens when I outgrow my plan?+
On Pro and Signature you add field seats from $8/seat/mo, or move up a plan — once self-serve sign-up opens, both are self-service, and upgrades take effect immediately, pro-rata. On Field, more than 5 techs means moving up to Pro. In the beta, just tell us and we'll sort it.
Q.07Is there a setup fee?+
No. Onboarding is self-serve and free on every plan.
Q.08Can I cancel?+
Anytime — no phone call, no reason needed. Once self-serve sign-up opens, cancelling is self-service in the admin portal (or just email support). Monthly plans run to the end of the paid cycle; cancel an annual plan part-way and we refund the unused whole months pro-rata, less any usage charges already incurred.
